Massaman curry recipe please

My daughter's new fave is the above curry. I can giggle it but I first will ask here for any tried and tested recipes please.

I linked the recipe in the current sweet potato thread, and I just added the shrimp paste option and directions IN ADDITION to the peanut butter/vegan option.

If you don't like sweet potatoes or can't find, regular potatoes can be used.

I got a 2nd hand book from the Oxfam shop, months ago. the writer is Thai, and I´ve got another one of his books. Here´s his Massaman Paste (and if needed, mods, I´ll post it as his recipe, although there are hundreds out there):
10 long dried red chiles, chopped
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1-2 star anise
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp white pepper
4 tbsps chopped shallots
4 tbsps chopped garlic
1 2" piece lemongrass, chopped
1 cm galangal
1 tbsp chopped kaffir lime leaf
1 tbsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp salt.
Blitz together in a blender and stand back. This looks potent!
