I was looking at some baker's professional scales & came across this one for almost $800!!! That's close to $1K!!!!! I know that there are some cheaper ones, but come on, now, Who is gonna fork up that kind of money just for a scale?!!!!! Maybe a professional chef or a baker, but Not me!!!!!!! I'll continue to use measuring cups & spoons!!!! :ninja:

Thinking I need to look for a set of those for spices and also for tiny amounts of yeast in long fermentation yeast doughs. Guessing the increments are something like 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 of a teaspoon?
I can't remember. But it is very useful for yoghurt. We use a frozen probiotic 2nd smallest size and the frozen vegan yoghurt culture, smallest size, is exactly what we need for a 2L yoghurt fermentation.

I once thought about getting a yogurt maker. Never got past the thought. I'll continue to buy it already made. I only eat strawberry yogurt anyway.
