mickey mouse cupcakes

This are some mickey mouse cupcakes I made for my daughters 2nd bday yesterday. I just used box cupcake mix and put a can of chocolate frosting on it. Then I stuck one large Oreo on top and then two mini oreos on the side for the ears.

Those cupcakes look cute. But maybe you can glue the head and the two little cookies that make up the ears together to accentuate the Mickey Mouse shape. If you do have some icing on hand, maybe you can put in the eyes.
