Mint sauce easy as.

So simple , we have s lot of mint ATM, we use a lot.
Boil 1 litre of water with 1 litre of malt vinegar, add 1 cup of sugar and chopped mint. I clean 7x 350 ml bottles then heat in oven to dry. Pour sauce in.
The house smells amazing ATM.

About one full closed hand, tightly. Sprigs?? 20 or 30? Ours is quite big and leafy. Those 7 bottles will be gone by December, I almost drink it, I pour it on boiled cabbage. It's real good.
