Good for chicken, pork, shrimp, and sturdy fish. We like to grill the protein after it has marinated.

1/2 cup sour orange juice OR substitute 1/4 cup orange juice plus 1/8 cup lime juice plus 1/8 cup lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
1/4 cup very thinly sliced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup EVOO

Mix all the above together and use to marinate chicken or pork up to 4 hours or shrimp/fish up to 1 hour.
