I like making my own seasonings when I can, so I can eliminate things that set off my health conditions, such as MSG. This is a good basic recipe for homemade taco seasoning. I've got pretty much everything it calls for, which is good, because I'm craving tacos, and we're under the threat of severe weather right now, so i'm not leaving the house.
The ingredients are pretty standard, so chances are, you'll have most, if not all of them on hand, if you like to cook. If not, they should be pretty easy to find, as well as somewhat inexpensive.
