Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this. I do some work for a homeless charity in my town, and im looking to make meal replacement bars that can be distributed to the people we help. The problem I have is ive never baked anything in my life and have very little idea what im doing

Im after a recipe fora bar, brownie or flapjack style item that will keep for a while in cling film, have as much protein, fiber and carbs as possible and not a huge amount of artificial sugars, but im sure something that tastes good would be appreciated. Cost is also an issue, as i'll be funding all of this and i'll need a far amount of them to go around. I have picked up a few tubs of strawberry protein powder that i'd like to include if possible.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated,
