I've seen this set online-they advertise it (like they all do!) As being super sharp-how do you find them? Found any negative's with them?

A Chinese Chef's Knife is a style of knife, part chef's knife, part cleaver. I believe a similar knife is made/used in Japan.

I have a similar one here, daughter uses it to cut dogs food. I've prolly had it 10 years, and used it maybe twice?

Here's the old Chinese knife. It still works. But the handle is short.
