About half a pound of very tenderised beef, prepared for "pulling".
About half a cup of cheddar cheese
Onions and green peppers, diced.
Of course a couple of cloves of garlic
Burrito wraps, 2
Hot peppers of your choice if you choose

The pullable beef is of course salted, and then for a little bit of cooking - not much, in go the onions, garlic and peppers.

With any luck you know how to fold a burrito and get it all tucked in.

Once this is done fry it in oil until it has a nice brown on it.

It is pretty clear that his recipe scales up easily in case you got more people. But I would try it first of course.
