Mine was received from an SIL as part of a Christmas package. I actually have made a few things from it, the ones that aren't too dependent on canned soup as an ingredient.

PS - I'd never even heard of Budweiser Clamato beer until I got this book, and I've yet to see it anywhere, even the specialty shops.
