I often have a quick bowl of Oats in water for breakfast and took note of the milk-like fluid resulting from soaking in water.

Out of curiosity, I did a web search for Oat Milk and actually found an Oat Milk product. I've never seen it in the grocery stores.

If you've ever used Oat Milk, share how you use it.

Its also pretty easy to make your own. I tend to use almond milk rather than oat milk as its lower in calories. But - you can use oat milk for all kinds of things where you would normally use dairy milk.
