Recipe One Pot Summertime Primavera

I'm always sold on recipes that tell me just one pot is involved...anyone with me on that train?

The less washing up the better!

Saw this yummy looking recipe on a blog that I enjoy reading and it looks like a lovely summertime pasta. I like pasta year round but lighter pastas are always nice come this time of year! Let me know if you try it!

[Morning Glory]

I was liking this recipe until it got to the cream being added at the end. To me, Primavera means light and green and the cream brings that down. A touch of grated Parmesan, however, provides an uplifting salty tweak. I'll be trying this out (minus the cream, in my case).
