i love these, I have left over rhaita and date and tamarind chutney from samosas 2 days ago. So making bhajees, chick pea flour aka besan. My Garam masala, silver beet and dash of turmeric. Water to make a batter.

I love onion bhajees too but for some reason don't make them very often. I'll have to put that right and dig out a recipe. @Yorky makes them too. What is the silver beet?

Its a classic Indian vegetable dish. Very delicious!

Silver beet aka collards in murica. We love it here. I normally steam it.
