The built in oven in the semi island is a Siemens IQ-700 you need that IQ to understand the program's. It's max heat is 300 c or 575 f the fan seems to oscillate and reverse. It also has a pizza setting that the bottom heats the stone or tin and the fan blasts the top. The sink has a water boiling thingy. I prefer the kettle, the other way is a bit scary. The work surfaces a very thick and look and feel like wood planks. The draws are very smooth and have reinforced plate glass sides, why ? It's is German made.
The hob is SMEG

Wonderful, love German design in general. Watches, cars, furniture, yum.. When I looked at your cooktop I immediately though an accident waiting to happen, but I'm a chef so it fell to the wrong side of my brain.

I considered one of the Smeg gas hobs (before deciding to go induction) - they have some beautiful designs.

Looking at the photo, in the UK that installation would probably fail our gas regulations which require at least 30cm worktop on either side of a gas hob.
