Where i am from if you bake a pudding in an oven you may be looked at as an alien. The method of pudding baking is done on a coal stove or coal pot as shown below. Fire is placed at both ends and how do we describe it? 'Hell a top, hell a bottom and hallelujah in the middle'. The taste is just out of this world!

Who can guess the country?

It looks like something from perhaps an island country. I know they do a lot of outdoor cooking because it is hot and who would want to cook indoors when it is hot already without a stove going?
