Easiest recipe for Paneer bhurji. It is prepared by crumbling the paneer and this makes the bhurji even tastier. It is relished all across India.
I am sharing with you easiest paneer bhurji recipe that anyone can prepare in 5 minutes with the least ingredients.

Ingredients (2 Serves)
250gm Paneer - crumbled
2 tomato finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 Tbsp. - ghee / oil
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper Powder – 2Tsp.
Chopped coriander (for garnish)
1/2 cup (optional) - Peas Boiled
2tsp - Garam masala
3tsp -Coriander Powder
Red Chilli Powder- As per taste

Preparation
1) Take Paneer and crumble it in a plate.

2) Add the cooking pot on a stove and heat and add ghee / oil.

3) Add chopped onions and on medium flame let them cook for 1 minutes to 2 minutes until they become light brown.

4) Add garam masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder and stir to mix everything well. Cook for 30 seconds while stirring in between.

5) Add tomatoes. Stir once and let them cook till 1 minute 2 minutes.

6) Add chopped green chillies mix well and on medium flame let it cook for a minute. Give it a good stir.

7) Add paneer (boiled peas- optional) and mix everything. Keep stirring in between. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

8) Enjoy the dish.
