Hello, I am an italian student from Bocconi University. For my master's thesis I'm working on a project concerning the pasta purchasing habits during Covid-19 in the US market.

I don't need a survey. The only thing that has changed is my favorite dried spaghetti (Barilla brand) is not on the shelves at the grocery. The other Barilla dried pasta are there. We still make fresh pasta at home.

I've noticed that the Barilla products shelves are pretty picked over, too. I had to buy Kroger's Private Selection brand penne a few times. It was fine, but I usually buy Barilla.

We can find anything from Barilla, except Spaghetti Rigati. It is my favorite dried, long pasta. Obviously other's favorite as well.
