I do like a good quiche and this looks great. I like the simplicity of the ingredients here and the nifty bit of fluting. :okay:
Thanks! That's just about the only fluting method I know. I keep meaning to find some tutorials for other ones (beyond the fork crimp, my other fluting move).
 
My fluting tends to vary between the tines of a fork and the tip of a blunt knife. Hmmm- not very inspiring!

With something as malleable as dough, it's easy to get creative with fluting. You could for example create a coil of dough and stick it on around the edges of the pie. Just adding little turned up diamond cuts of dough along the edges is another idea. You could, if you wanted create letters out of dough and spell out some sort of message around the edges of the pie.

Use your imagination.
