Pineapple Tarts Anyone?

One thing that I enjoy eating from my culture are Pineapple Tarts, or "Pine Tarts", as they are well-known as. They're basically tarts with sweet pineapple jam on the inside and some yellow food colouring brushed on the outside to add some colour. You can always brush the top with eggs, but I don't eat eggs, so food colouring works fine. The tarts are usually wrapped like little triangles. Have you ever heard of them?
