Pistachio Kiwi Malted:
Ingredients:
1) Half N Half - 1 to 2 Cups
2) Banana - 1/2
3) Kiwi - 2
4) Pistachio Nuts - 1/4 to 1/2 Cup
5) Lime Juice - 2 to 3 Tblspns.
6) Barley Malt Syrup - 1/8 Cup.
7) Heavy Whipping Cream - 1/2 Cup
8) Baker's Cocoa - 1 to 2 Tblspns.
9) Brown Sugar - 1 Tblspn.
Procedure:
1) Pulverize 1/4 Cup Pistachios into a powder or Flour.
2) Fragment a few Pistachios and keep separate.
3) Blend remaining Kiwis, Banana, Half N Half to consistency.
4) Blend in Pistachio Flour, Lime Juice and Malt Syrup
5) Pour off the Pistachio Kiwi Malt mixture into a serving glass.
6) Blend Heavy Whipping Cream, Cocoa Powder and Brown Sugar.
7) Whip.
8) Top the Pistachio Kiwi Malted with the Cocoa Cream
9) Sprinkle Pistachio Fragments on top.
10) Serve.
