Pork Butt

I bought a twin pack of boneless pork butt. One will be divided up, part of which will be used for one of our meals this week. The other got marinaded last night, drained and rubbed this morning and is now on the BGE for pulled pork. I'll post pics later.
 
After about 3 hours, I wrapped the butt and finished the cook, another 3 hours. Internal temp @ 205F. I let it rest in the foil, opening it up for a quick picture. I get another after I pull it.
