Pork Chop Marinade

Just wanted to share this as a Tried-n-True recipe. Made it last night (internet was done for almost 20 hours) and it was fabulous. I am not a pork fan but will eat chops and ham. This one is a keeper!

Looks pretty good. I would add some hot sauce or cayenne pepper for some heat to balance the sweet.

I will probably do the same next time. I'm a recipe "purist" meaning that I follow a recipe 100% the first time I make it. I have a serious pet peeve when people write reviews on recipes after they've made 4,382 changes to it. LOL So, I can take liberties now that I know what the unaltered recipe is like.
