Due to a few people, including myself, writing about using the pressure cooker recently, just thought I'd mention there was an episode of America's Test Kitchen using a pressure cooker for pot roast, season 18, episode 10. You can get current season recipes on their web site for free, though I do think you have to join, just don't have to pay for current season. Speaking of pot roast, I have a small one in the freezer. I can't decide as to whether I want to do it in the pressure cooker or the slow cooker.
