One of my favorite bloggers just put up a recipe recently for Quinoa Burgers.

They look fabulous and she mentions they freeze very well, so I think I'll be trying them out for a healthy take on burgers soon!

That picture of the cut sandwich with the thick slice of tomatoe has me wanting that burger right now. I will give this a try. I want to find a few recipes I can use to replace more meat meals and this one looks good.
