Yields: 18 Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 17.5 ounces sugar cookie mix
- 2/3 cup raspberry baking chips
Instructions
- Line baking sheets using parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy using an electric mixer. Beat in the egg until mixed thoroughly. Add in the cookie mix and raspberry chips.
- Drop the dough 2" apart on the sheets using a scoop or tablespoon. Pat the cookies gently to flatten them.
- Bake for about 9-12 minutes or until golden.
- Cool, then serve.
