I first had this on a dessert many years ago, we started growing raspberry canes two years ago and increased last year to lots of canes. Just made my first batch this year of it, the smell of it cooking is amazing.
Simple to make.
50/50 raspberries and sugar. Cook until it thins out. Strain as many pips of it out as you can.Pour into sterilised bottles.
Last for ages, I got 4 X 300ml bottles.
Miss 10 wants one bottle for herself, she loves it on her ice cream.
