Reacted to instead of replied to?

It seems that "reacted" = "liked"; there's still "replied to" in the Alerts. I think it says "responded to" because you get to pick something other than the thumbs-up in your "reaction".

I picked "sad" as a "reaction" to your post here for no reason other than to demonstrate that (I'm seriously not that sad...I'll get past this somehow). :)

Reacted is very definitely liked, haha or lol, love or sad.

Replied to means that you have something there to read. They have used to the Post Reply button below.

I'm not seeing a responded to anywhere in my alerts. Can you provide me with a screenshot please?

I would think "replied" means you wrote something. "reacted" means you hit one of those icons to express liking, humor, sorrow, or whatever the fourth one is.
That's correct. It used to say 'liked' as that was the only one available but now its a choice of four reactions, hence 'reacted to'.
