recipes for toasted ravioli?

Toasted Ravioli seems to be a local thing here in Missouri. I have them at restaurants but I have never had a recipe for them. Does anyone have a toasted ravioli recipe they would be willing to share?

I watch a cooking youtube channel call ByronTalbott. He has a recipe for Crispy Ravioli. His videos are clean and neat and he explains how to cook the meals properly.

His Crispy Ravioli

I haven't tried this recipe of his yet, but I have done his crispy eggs benedict! It was delicious. Some of his dishes are really elaborately done.
