Can't help much here - I don't like it very much because it usually contains MSG or other flavour enhancers. Its not so much I'm a health freak. I simply don't like the taste of the enhancers. Having said that, there are lots of ways to use it but it must be used sparingly. Its good with fish (brush some on the fish before grilling) or in any stir fry. Stir a little into scrambled eggs or toss vegetables in it before roasting.
