Recipe Red Pepper Martini

Red Pepper Martini

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

¼ C. chopped Red Bell Pepper, seeded & deveined
3/8 tsp. minced Jalapeno, seeded & deveined
1 oz. Lime juice
¼ tsp. minced Garlic
1 ½ oz. Vodka
½ tsp. Simple Syrup
Small pinch of both Salt & Black Pepper
Small dash of Hot Sauce, optional

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a stick blender jug
Blend well
Pour into a Cocktail Shaker or Mason Jar filled with Ice
Shake until everything is well chilled
Strain into a chilled glass and enjoy
