Aside from lasagna, what are your favorite things to make with ricotta cheese?

There is a dessert which one of its ingredients is ricotta cheese, but I don't know the name or ingredients of this recipe because it's a family secret, according to my mom, who is the one who prepares it.

As for me, I use ricotta cheese for stuffed shells, an Italian dish. In fact if you browse recipes belonging in the Italian cuisine, you will find many other uses for ricotta cheese.

I like to make homemade ravioli and tortellini with spinach and ricotta cheese. I know I have seen a number of Italian dishes and quite a few casseroles that also use ricotta cheese.

I used to use it to make a nettle gnocchi which was really nice, but I can't have it anymore due to a my dairy allergy!
