So simple - I used almond milk but any milk will work. You could use gelatine instead of Vege-gel. I served the jelly with home-made strawberry dust and crystallised lavender flowers. But however you serve it - keep it simple.

Ingredients
1 pint of milk
1 pack of Vegi-gel
Sugar to taste
A few drops of rose water
A few drops of red food colouring (optional)

Method
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan
  2. Sprinkle the Vege-Gel onto the milk and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Heat the mixture to boiling point.
  4. Add sugar, to taste and a few drops of rose water, to taste and heat to simmer.
  5. Add food colouring if using and stir.
  6. Pour into moulds and place in the fridge to set.
