So I've seen a few people posting they look at the serving sizes on packages. I come with bad news (sorry!)... Serving sizes are COMPLETELY MADE UP and often reliant on the size of the package and what the manufacturer believes you would eat in one sitting. So basically they are assumptions, guesses, and made up.
Check out this video from "At The Checkout" which is an Australian TV series for consumer rights. They show visually how sizes vary for the same brands based on packages and other nonsense. You can have two or three times the amount of food if you pick a bigger or smaller package!
