I give recipe to make for 1 litre. Simple Béchamel.
- 850ml milk
- 2 pinch salt
- ground nutmeg to taste
- 85g butter
- 85g 00 grade flour
- Heat milk inside pan put inside salt and nutmeg.
- Melt butter inside another pan do not let go brown.
- When butter melt add flour stir all time.
- Cook for 1 munute make sure no lumps.
- Slowly add milk stir all time.
- Cook for about 7 minute until thicker.
- Take off heat add more of salt and nutmeg if need.
