I give recipe to make for 1 litre. Simple Béchamel.
  • 850ml milk
  • 2 pinch salt
  • ground nutmeg to taste
  • 85g butter
  • 85g 00 grade flour
  1. Heat milk inside pan put inside salt and nutmeg.
  2. Melt butter inside another pan do not let go brown.
  3. When butter melt add flour stir all time.
  4. Cook for 1 munute make sure no lumps.
  5. Slowly add milk stir all time.
  6. Cook for about 7 minute until thicker.
  7. Take off heat add more of salt and nutmeg if need.
