These are small individual pot pies. This is my own recipe. Ingredients; 2 teaspoons butter. 3 teaspoon oil. 1/2 cup each, chopped; Onion' Green pepper, Celery. 3 Teaspoons flour. 1/2 t. each; Salt, Black pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Basil Seasoned salt. 1-1/2 - 2 cups chicken stock or water. Few drops browning sauce (Gravy master or Kitchen Bouquet) 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 2 russet potatoes, peeled & cubed. 1 half chicken breast, boiled, diced. 1 box (2) refrigerated pie crusts. Directions; Heat butter & oil in 5-qt saucier over medium low heat. Add chopped veggies & sautee. Cover to sweat. Sir occasionally to avoid burning. Ad flour. Stir to incorporate. Add diced chicken, frozen mixed veggies & cubed potatoes. Add browning sauce seasonings. Sir to incorporate. Cover & let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add mixture to 4 individual pie plates. Cover with pie crusts in your favorite pattern. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until crust is brown & gravy is bubbling. Serves 4. Enjoy!!
