Recipe Smoked Salmon Wraps

Ingredients
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 8 freshwater prawns
  • 4 tblsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Paprika
  • Limes
  • Lettuce
Method
Heat the olive oil with the garlic in a wok. When the garlic shows colour, stir fry the prawns for around 2 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Mix the mayonnaise, tomato puree and a few dashes of tabasco sauce together in a small bowl or cup.
Spread the smoked salmon on a board and place two prawns on each slice. Squeeze lime juice over each. Distribute the mayonnaise mixture over the prawns then wrap with the salmon.
Sprinkle a little paprika over the wraps and serve on a bed of lettuce with slices of lime.
