Hello everybody.
I'm glad to be a part of this community. I love to cook and Italian cuisines are my favorite (so far). I happen to be the type of person who likes to keep everything in my life as simple as possible while returning excellent quality.
That being said, I tend to shy away from recipes that require a long list of ingredients but rather prefer those that call for more common ingredients that can typically be found already in the kitchen to make a great dish...the simpler the better for me but has to be good. I also like cooking fantastic dishes that can be made on a budget.
I came here in the hopes that I can learn some new cooking skills, tips and recipes while offering some of my own knowledge and ideas.
