Recipe Spanish Rice Balls

I think this might also be called something else but I've always called it Spanish Rice Balls. To make it, you'll need the following:

1. However much cooked Spanish rice you want to use in the recipe.
2. Depending on how many balls you are making, you will need that amount of cooked sausage or other preferred cooked meat.
3. Gloves

Instructions:
1. Put on gloves
2. Shape the cooked Spanish Rice into balls.
3. Take your thumb and make a dent inside each.
4. Place the cooked meat inside the dent.
5. thumb the rice carefully so that it's packed back over the dent evenly.

Optional:
This kind of rice ball can also taste very good with a brown gravy lightly drizzled across it or served with a stuffing on the side.
 
Interesting. Interesting. I see rice and I come to see what's cooking here as I feel there is no limit to the amount of things you can do with this staple. I wish I could see a picture of how this should look when completed. If you prepare it soon again, please share.
