I was tired of chicken salad so I experimented. Hubby loves this recipe.

2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless fry cooked shredded
3 jalapeños sliced cut into quarters
You can remove seeds if you want it mild
1/2 cup onions diced optional
2 tbsp mayo
2tbsp tartar sauce
4 tsp paprika or more if you like
4 tsp garlic powder or more if you like
5 fresh bakery buns
Side of strawberries

1. Season chicken with 2 tsp of seasoning while cooking.
2. Add the jalapeños with the chicken for softer peppers
3. Mix Tatar sauce, mayo the last 2 tsp of seasoning with the chicken and jalapeños.
4. Put on buns and serve with strawberries

Very exciting recipe and I believe when the strawberries are ripe and sweet enough it'll be a great combination of flavours

I grow jalapeños every year. Removing the seeds is not so much for the heat, almost all of the heat is in the white "ribs" in the pepper, and the placenta where the seeds attach. I remove the seeds because they can be bitter. That is true of all chilis, but I find jalapeño seeds to be particularly bitter.
