Recipe Summer vegetable curry

I love curries, and usually we have Tony's special beef curry, or my special chicken curry. I do make vegetable curries when my daughter Elizabeth is around, but it's not a regular thing. However, I came across this recipe today, and I think I'll give it a go, as it sounds delicious. At just over 200 calories a serving, it's diet friendly too.

What about you? Do you have any favourite vegetable combinations for curries?
