Recipe Sweet potatoe burgers

Sweet potatoes and avocados are some of my favorite foods. Thanks for sharing and I'll check on this and let me try if the recipe is good. :cook:
 
Using panko crumbs! Not used in the uk so much,but they are the only bread crumbs I woul buy ,instead of using my own,nice little recipe
 
I could eat this any day of the week! However, I would probably have it open faced seeing as I think the starch would drown me. Other than that I'm on board for trying that this weekend.
