Tefal Justine Kettle

This is the second Tefal kettle that we’ve bought here in Thailand (the sight “glass” on the first cracked because it had become brittle standing in the sun).

A 2400W kettle that sits on a 360 deg base and holds up to 1.20 litre of water. It has a concealed element under a stainless steel base so can boil as little as one cup of water without detriment to the element. Unfortunately it was fitted with the “illegal” European style plug on the end of the cable attached to the base.

There is a removable plastic scale filter which slides into the pouring spout.

Because of the problem with the first kettle this one is relocated to a position on the worktop which is always shaded from direct sunlight.

We have owned the kettle now for about 8 years and it’s been trouble free. It cost Bht 1,500.00 (US$ 45.00) from Central, Bangkok.
