It looks good. I noticed: 2 salted eggs, to serve.

I never read about them, but I will look when I look again. One thing I shouldn't have done was marinade the meat in fish sauce and other ingredients. Bit too much fish sauce, but I will fix for next time. It was really good, served with basmati rice.
