Lobio - which is a Georgian dish and can be either salad or a hot dish. It is said to be the national dish.

Almost every photo I found on Google had Lima beans included (I did an image search for Succotash). Wiki defines Succotash thus, though it may, of course, be wrong:

Succotash is a culinary dish consisting primarily of sweet corn with lima beans or other shell beans. Other ingredients may be added including corned beef, potatoes, turnips, salt pork, tomatoes, multi-colored sweet peppers, and okra.
