After trying fat free ranches, normal ranches, and buttermilk ranches, I've officially fallen in love with Buttermilk. The consistency is so smooth and the accentuated flavor is much more powerful then the normal xxx type of ranch. I like the types all-you-can-eat buffets serve on their salad bars. I try to mimic that. I even have a decent thousand-island ranch sauce that incorporates the ranch to bring out of the flavor of the relish in the thousand island sauce.

It sounds weird I know. I even thought so at first too. Then I experimented. I was shocked how well some of these sauces mix with a high rate of combinations.

What do you like? Regular ranches? Buttermilk? Why?
