I wanted to put my new food processor through its paces, so I churned out a standard wheat sandwich loaf:

Worked out really well, the food processor didn’t budge at all and was very quiet while kneading away at a 4-cups-of-flour dough.

I sometimes buy 'part-bake' French style bread. It takes 10 mins in the oven to crisp up and finish cooking. Do you get that in the US?

The one I pictured earlier in Today’s Bread, I made that myself. I was just answering MG’s question about whether we had par-baked breads available here.

Trader Joe's has something like that. I think Kgirl may buy them. I haven't tried them.

Yes I do msmofet and Morning Glory , I get Trader Joe's Mini Ciabatta, which we are having to night by the way. You bake it off at 400° for 4-7 minutes and it's lovely!

I’m fine, thanks. I’ve got a couple of different ones I like.

This one was a WW-friendly one, hence the poor rise and the pale color.
