We are in Baton Rouge, Louisiana this weekend. I'm always thrilled to introduce my kids to new local cuisines. To me, that's one component of a great road trip. Although it may be considered more of a New Orleans tradition, they tried king cake today. We'll be having some jambalaya and étouffée later.
