Laing is a spicy Filipino dish using Taro leaves which is easy to prepare.

40 pcs of taro leaves
1 gram pork (sliced)
1 gram shrimp (sliced)
1 tsp ginger (finely sliced)
red chilli pepper (amount depends on how spicy you like it)
2 tbsp shrimp paste
3 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water

Directions:

1. Put taro leaves in casserole and then add the meat, shrimp, ginger, coconut milk and water.

Let it boil until tender.

2. Add chilli pepper and mix it.

I don't think the quantities suggested will work. 1 gram of shrimp is less than 1 shrimp. Do you mean 100g or perhaps 1kg.
How many people is it meant to serve?

Sorry for the confusions on its quantities and thank you for figuring those out.
1 gram pork (sliced) should be 100 grams
1 gram shrimp (sliced) should 100 grams
Number of servings = 5-6 persons.
