Unable to access account details?

Why is it that there arre times when I am unable to access my account details

"Your full account details are not currently editable" ?

One day I can, next I can't ?

I suspect it is the area of the profile you are trying to edit that is the problem. Once you have been here 1 month, you will be fine.
