Often overlooked as an ingredient in curry, fish is perfect for a fast dish and works incredibly well with curry spices. Choose a firm fleshed fish such as cod loin, halibut, pollock or monkfish. Here is a lovely recipe using halibut from Gordon Ramsay (as mentioned by @medtran49 elsewhere). You might get dizzy watching it though! Do you ever cook fish curry? What kind of fish do you use and which spices?

Another halibut recipe - a take on fish 'n chips with mushy peas from the wonderful Vivek Singh, co-incidentally it contains 'mustard mushy peas' - subject of the Recipe Challege as I post.

I love fish curries. I've cooked a fair few of them, one of my favourites was Fish Mooli. It does need a fairly solid fish as some fish is rather prone to breaking up when being cooked as part of a curry. Huss, or rock salmon as it is sometimes known is often recommended.

Fish Mooli. I must make this again.
